PROCUREMENT SUPPORT

USING OUR CERTIFICATES FOR VENDOR QUALIFICATION

If you’re onboarding us as a new supplier and your procurement team requires documentation beyond what’s on this page — factory audit summaries, supplier questionnaire responses, material safety declarations, or country-of-origin statements — contact our compliance team directly. We maintain a vendor documentation package that covers the most common retail, corporate, and institutional qualification requirements and can typically provide it within one business day of request.

For buyers whose compliance programs require certifications we don’t currently hold — specific chemical safety standards, additional fiber certifications, or market-specific product compliance — we’ll confirm our current certification roadmap and advise on whether the requirement can be met through existing documentation or whether a new audit is needed. We don’t list certifications we’re working toward as if they already exist. What’s on this page is what’s currently issued and valid.

ISO9001

Quality Management System

Issuing Body: ISO — International Organization for Standardization

Coverage: Factory-wide quality management process

What It Means for Your Order:
ISO9001 certifies that our factory operates a documented, audited quality management system — not just a QC checklist at the end of the line. It means our production procedures are written, followed, and independently verified. Work instructions, non-conforming product handling, corrective actions, and internal audits all run under a framework that an external auditor has confirmed meets the ISO9001 standard. For buyers completing vendor qualification, ISO9001 is typically the first certificate your procurement team will ask for.

SMETA

Ethical Trade Audit

Issuing Body: Sedex — Supplier Ethical Data Exchange

Coverage: Labor standards, health & safety, environment, business ethics

What It Means for Your Order:
SMETA — Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit — is one of the most widely recognized ethical supply chain audits in global apparel manufacturing. It covers four pillars: labor practices and working conditions, worker health and safety, environmental management, and business ethics. Retail chains, corporate buyers, and institutional procurement programs increasingly require SMETA audit results as a condition of vendor approval. Our SMETA audit was conducted by an independent Sedex-approved auditor and covers our Guangzhou production facility.

CAPR SMETA

Corrective Action Plan — SMETA

Issuing Body: Sedex — Supplier Ethical Data Exchange

Coverage: SMETA audit corrective action verification

What It Means for Your Order:
A CAPR — Corrective Action Plan Report — is the follow-up document to a SMETA audit. Where an audit identifies areas requiring improvement, the CAPR documents what corrective actions were taken and confirms they were implemented to the auditor's satisfaction. Having a CAPR on file alongside the SMETA audit report is a sign of a factory that takes audit findings seriously and resolves them through a documented process rather than leaving them open. Buyers with mature ethical sourcing programs will recognize the significance of this document.

CE

Product Compliance — European Market

Issuing Body: CE Marking — European Conformity

Coverage: Product safety compliance for the European market

What It Means for Your Order:
CE marking confirms that the relevant products from our factory meet European Union safety, health, and environmental protection standards. For buyers supplying into the EU or UK market — retail chains, corporate programs, or institutional buyers with European distribution — CE compliance is a legal requirement for certain product categories. Our CE certification covers the applicable product categories we manufacture and is available for inclusion in your import documentation for EU-bound orders.

LENZING

Certified Sustainable Fiber

Issuing Body: Lenzing AG — Austria

Coverage: TENCEL™ / Lenzing fiber certification

What It Means for Your Order:
Lenzing certification confirms that where we use Lenzing fibers — including TENCEL™ lyocell and Modal — in our garments, those fibers are sourced from Lenzing AG's certified supply chain. Lenzing fibers are produced from sustainably sourced wood pulp using a closed-loop production process with significantly lower environmental impact than conventional viscose. For brands with sustainability sourcing commitments, ESG reporting requirements, or eco-conscious retail positioning, Lenzing certification supports your material traceability claims at the fiber level.

Validity Note: Current

LENZING TEST REPORT

Independent Material Test Report

Issuing Body: Independent Testing Laboratory

Coverage: Composition and performance testing

What It Means for Your Order:
The Lenzing Test Report is an independent laboratory test document confirming the fiber composition and performance characteristics of the Lenzing materials used in our production. Where a Lenzing certificate confirms the supply chain origin of the fiber, the test report confirms the physical properties of the material as manufactured — fiber content percentage, performance against relevant test standards, and compliance with the specifications Lenzing AG certifies. For buyers supplying to retailers with strict material testing requirements or for brands publishing product composition claims, this test report supports your documentation at the material level.

Frequently Asked Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR FACTORY CERTIFICATIONS

Answers to common questions from procurement and vendor qualification teams.

Are these certificates current and independently verified?

Yes. Every certificate on this page was issued by an independent third-party auditing or certification body — ISO9001 by an accredited ISO certification body, SMETA and CAPR by a Sedex-approved auditor, CE by a European conformity assessment process, and Lenzing certifications by Lenzing AG and an independent testing laboratory. None are self-declared. Validity dates are noted on each certificate PDF. If a certificate is approaching renewal, our compliance team will update the page with the reissued document.

Yes. The certificates on this page are provided specifically for this purpose. Download the PDFs directly and include them in your vendor qualification package, retail buyer compliance submission, or internal procurement documentation. If your buyer requires certificates to be submitted directly from the factory rather than via the brand, contact our compliance team and we’ll submit to your buyer’s specified contact or portal directly.

SMETA — Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit — covers four areas: labor practices and working conditions, worker health and safety, environmental management, and business ethics. It was conducted by a Sedex-approved independent auditor at our Guangzhou production facility. The full audit report and the CAPR corrective action follow-up are both available for download on this page. If your procurement program requires us to register on the Sedex platform as a supplier, contact our compliance team to initiate that process.

CE certification covers the specific product categories defined within our certificate scope — confirm the applicable categories against your product requirements by reviewing the certificate PDF directly. If your order falls outside the certified scope and CE compliance is a requirement for your market, contact our compliance team before placing your order so we can advise on the correct path to compliance for your specific product category and destination market.

Our current fiber certification covers Lenzing sustainable fibers — TENCEL™ lyocell and Modal — as documented on this page. If your brand requires GOTS certification for organic cotton, GRS certification for recycled materials, or other fiber-specific certifications, contact our compliance team. We’ll confirm whether the relevant certified materials are available within our current supplier network or advise on the timeline for sourcing them.
