SAMPLE SHIPPING & PAYMENT — EVERYTHING CONFIRMED BEFORE WE SHIP

Exact shipping cost, carrier options, DDP availability, and accepted payment methods — confirmed in writing before your sample leaves our factory.

Sample Shipping Cost & Carriers

Sample shipping runs approximately $20–$30 USD per piece from our Guangzhou factory. The exact cost depends on your destination country and the carrier rate at dispatch — your account manager confirms the final shipping cost before the sample is sent.

We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Standard express delivery reaches most destinations in North America, Europe, and Australia in 3–5 business days from dispatch.

If you have a preferred carrier account, we can ship on your account number — just provide it when you confirm your sample order.

Destination Transit Time Est. Cost
USA / Canada 3–5 business days ~$25–$30 USD
UK / Europe 3–5 business days ~$20–$28 USD
Australia / NZ 4–6 business days ~$22–$30 USD
Middle East 4–6 business days ~$22–$30 USD

Note: All costs confirmed in writing before dispatch. No surprise charges on delivery.

How to Pay for Your Sample

Sample payment is collected before production begins. We accept two methods:

PayPal

Fastest for first-time clients. Invoice sent to your email, paid in minutes. PayPal buyer protection applies.

Bank Transfer (T/T)

Preferred for clients placing repeat orders or larger sample batches. Bank details provided on your proforma invoice.

Payment sequence is straightforward: we confirm your sample fee and shipping cost in writing → you approve → we send a proforma invoice → you pay → production starts the same day.

Note: We do not begin sample production until payment is confirmed. The 7-day production window starts from payment receipt, not from order discussion.

SHIPPING TERMS

DDP SHIPPING — WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU

DDP stands for Duty Delivered Paid. When you choose DDP, we handle every cost between our factory and your door — export fees, international freight, import duties, customs clearance, and local delivery. You pay one amount upfront. Nothing is owed to your local customs authority on arrival.

For buyers in markets with higher import duty rates on leather goods, wool fabric, or manufactured garments — particularly in the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia — DDP removes the calculation entirely. There is no estimate to make, no customs broker to brief, and no unexpected bill when the parcel clears your border.

DDP availability is confirmed per destination at order stage. Your account manager confirms whether DDP applies to your country and the all-inclusive cost before you commit to payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SAMPLE SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Common queries regarding production timing, accounts, and payment security.

When exactly does the 7-day sample production window start?

The 7-day window starts the same day your payment clears — not from your first inquiry or from when we receive your tech pack. To hit the 7-day turnaround, have your tech pack approved and payment ready to send at the same time. Any delay between tech pack confirmation and payment receipt delays the production start by the same number of days.

Yes. If you have a corporate courier account with DHL, FedEx, or UPS, provide your account number when confirming your sample order and we’ll book the shipment on your account. This is common for buyers who have negotiated corporate rates with their preferred carrier. Your carrier will invoice you directly under your account terms.

DDP shipping typically costs more than standard freight-only shipping because it includes import duty, customs clearance fees, and last-mile delivery handling. The premium varies by destination country and the import duty rate applicable to your garment category. For most buyers, the DDP premium is equal to or less than the customs fees they would otherwise pay separately — and eliminates the admin of coordinating customs clearance entirely. Your account manager provides both options with costs so you can make the comparison directly.

PayPal provides buyer protection on eligible transactions, which makes it a low-risk payment method for first-time orders with a new supplier. For sample orders in the $40–$130 USD range, most buyers prefer PayPal for the speed and protection it provides. For bulk production payments, bank transfer (T/T) is the more common method — we provide full banking details on a formal proforma invoice before any T/T payment is requested.
